Recipe for Chocolate Nutella Cupcake

Ingredients:

Flour: 100 gms
Yogurt: 100 gms
Castor Sugar: 75gms
Butter: 50gms
Cocoa Powder: 12 gms
Baking Powder: 1 /2tsp
Baking Soda: 1/4 tsp
Milk: 10 ml

Chocolate Ganache

Amul Cream: 90 gms
Chocolate: 125 gms
Butter: 10 gms (room temperature)

Method

1 Place the chopped dark chocolate in a medium-size bowl and bring the fresh cream to a boil and add it to the chocolate.

2 Allow it to sit for 1 minute and whisk well to combine both and then add butter and whisk again to form a smooth batter.

3 Keep it for 1-2 hours at room temperature to set and then add it to cupcakes.

Procedure for Cupcakes:

1 Preheat the oven at 160-170 degrees and line a cupcake tray with liners

2 In a bowl cream butter and sugar until it turns soft, pale, and fluffy. Then add milk and mix again.

3 In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder.

4 Then fold these dry ingredients into the butter mixture.

5 Finally, add the yogurt and combine well to create a smooth batter.

6 Fill 2/3 of the cupcakes liners and bake for 15 minutes

7 Frost it with chocolate ganache and drizzle some Nutella on top and add Ferraro Rosher and enjoy it.
